Elkhorn Campground - Frankfort Kentucky

We spent the night at the Elkhart Campground in Frankfort Kentucky.  We thought it was a very nice campground.  

We stayed in a back-in spot along the river.  30amp electric and water only.  The site was level and easy to get into.  They had other spots that were pull through and other spots that had 50amp electric, sewer, water and CATV.

The campground was very well maintained.  Clean and quiet.  WiFi Was very good and we were able to make our blog postings easily.

The important part to me is always how is the bath house?   It was very clean.  The stalls were large with a chair and hooks.  The water was good and hot.  I wish it had more water pressure but I am spoiled and the soap came off fine.

Plenty of recreation activities.  A pool, playground and other amenities.   The cost with the Good Sam discount was $29.00.  We would stay there again and would recommend it to others.
